efore Scientology I had my own company that was doing okay, but I didn’t have the faintest idea how to get along with people on a professional level. I didn’t know how to lead without building up animosity or how to be liked and still have control. It seemed that as a leader one had to continually assert oneself, much like a bull in the field running over a herd of cows. Very macho!
