have been involved with Scientology for 20 years. Before Scientology I had always wanted to become a school teacher and help children, but as a student I felt inadequate and my grades were only average. On one hand I felt like I had a lot of potential, but on the other hand I had a gnawing feeling of stupidity. This was quite a problem for someone who wanted to teach someday! Consequently I gave up on my dream of teaching. When I began Scientology I found out what was really behind my feeling of stupidity ­ I was so relieved! I couldn’t believe it ­and my IQ went up! I became more and more confident as a student and as a person. Instead of settling for less I was able to fulfill my goal. I am now a school teacher and have been for 16 years. My students are bright, confident and proud of their achievements ­ and so am I!
